I’m Miri, a mixing engineer based in Bristol. I mix for independent artists across every genre, whether you’ve recorded at home, in a studio or somewhere in between. You can come to my Bristol home studio for the session, or send your files and we’ll work together online.

What’s included
A pre-mix consultation:
30-min pre-mix chat: share your references, talk me through your artistic vision, and together we’ll create a plan for your project.
Editing and cleaning:
I’ll help you choose the best takes from your recordings, whether that’s vocals, guitars, drums, or other instruments. Once we’ve confirmed the strongest performances, I’ll edit them together through a process called comping.
I will clean your recordings by removing clicks, pops, mouth noises, and background noise so your track feels polished from the start.
Vocal Processing:
You choose how you’d like your vocals processed. They can be refined using subtle pitch correction, timing correction, breath control, and custom FX chains designed to suit your style and genre.
Mixing:
I use EQ, compression, reverb, and spatial processing to create a balanced, professional mix that translates clearly across streaming services, headphones, car speakers, and live environments.
Collaboration & Revisions:
I’ll guide you through the entire process with full transparency; there’s no gatekeeping. I understand the investment you’re making, so I’m always happy to explain my creative and technical decisions along the way.
Every mix includes two rounds of revisions so we can make sure the final version feels right for you.
Pricing
Mixing is priced by the length and complexity of your project, based on my hourly rate of £30/hr (£25/hr for students and people on low incomes).
