Miri was fantastic! I had a sensitive project that really needed an expert hand and Miri was a wonderful and really attuned recording engineer that knew her stuff! I could relax and let myself tap into the essence of my music due to the safe environment she created and will be calling Miri in future for sure for other aspects of this project ! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN MIRI!

Miri mixed two of my tracks and did an excellent job. She was incredibly professional and reliable, with a really fast turnaround. She worked really closely with me, respecting all of my queries and ideas, making sure that the final product was of the highest quality and aligning to all of my artistic intentions. I look forward to working with her again!

Ive worked on my first single through Elfcat and Mirianna and it’s been very effective and helpful. This was my first time recording a song and it felt like the steps of this process were really clear and well explained to me and it also felt professional. She is a really supportive mentor and has taught me lots about song writing, and given me very practical advice about the music industry. Since we’ve looked at lots of different aspects within music it’s felt much more useful than previous music lessons i’ve had. She’s always taken me seriously, and has been really accommodating and it’s meant we’ve been really productive. Would definitely recommend!! 🙂

Why ELFCAT Audio Exists

Recording your music should feel exciting, not intimidating. But for many artists, the studio hasn’t been a welcoming place.
Production and engineering are still dominated by men: only about 6% of producer credits on the Billboard Hot 100 go to women.
A UK parliamentary report called misogyny and sexual harassment in the music industry “endemic”.
37% of LGBTQ+ musicians have experienced or witnessed discrimination because of their sexuality, and 71% of disabled/neurodivergent musicians have faced or witnessed discrimination at work.
Behind those statistics are artists who are left feeling that maybe the music industry isn’t for them. ELFCAT Audio exists to change that.
Every session with me is a safe, supportive space where you’re free to express your creativity and make music without judgement.

Need help beyond the recording?

Great songs are only part of the puzzle. Through ELFCAT, my artist development organisation, I offer 1-2-1 mentoring on developing your visual identity, promotion strategy, and fan base. We’ll work together to demystify the confusion that is today’s music industry…
