At ELFCAT we pride ourselves on providing an inclusive, safe space where creatives can develop freely without judgement. Our mentoring services are great for those needing a little bit of support navigating the turbulence of todays music industry! 

We are a female-led organisation, focusing on supporting women and queer individuals in the music industry, therefore most of our team fit that brief, however, we welcome and support everyone!

What is a guidance session?

If you’re an artist, band, or engineer seeking guidance on a certain project or career decision then our guidance sessions will help you gain the clarity you need!

How it works:

Email us beforehand with a detailed description of what you’re seeking help with. 

We’ll then schedule in a 60-min brainstorming session with an industry professional matched to your needs. In the session we’ll discuss solutions, offer advice and resources, and help you make plans for the future!

What is a feedback session?

If you’re an artist, band, or engineer seeking feedback on a certain project or individual track then our feedback sessions will help you gain the clarity that you need!

How it works:

Email us beforehand with a detailed description of what you’re seeking help with (if you’re looking for feedback on a particular track then please include a link to the audio in your email).

We’ll then schedule in a 60-min feedback session with an industry professional matched to your needs. In the session we’ll discuss solutions, offer advice and resources, and help you improve your work!

Possible submissions include:

  • Mixing feedback
  • Songwriting feedback
  • Mastering feedback
  • Feedback on your whole track

There’s no denying that the industry is still a heavily male-dominated space. We are a female-led organisation striving to make the music industry a more supportive and nurturing environment for women and queer individuals. 

At ELFCAT, our staff are mainly women and queer individuals, who have all experienced hardship in the music industry. That is why we have made it our mission to provide a safe space where artists can feel free to express themselves without judgment or fear for their safety. 

Pricing

All our support services are priced as follows:

£35 per 60-min session
Pay-as-you-go, no contracts, commitments or unexpected fees!

Affordability Scheme

Flexible pricing options are also available for those on a tighter budget though our affordability scheme:

If you’re a student or on low income you could qualify for our affordability scheme. Pay what you can afford!

Lowest rate we can offer: £20ph
